Job Title: Workday Recruiter

Job Type: Full‑Time / Salaried (U.S. work authorization required; no sponsorship)

Location: Remote (U.S. Eastern Time zone preferred)

Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 + performance bonus

As our Workday Recruiter, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for mission-critical roles, turbocharging our team and making an immediate impact. You’ll be the strategic partner hiring managers lean on—and the brand advocate candidates rave about.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Full‑Cycle Power Recruiting

  • Lead hiring for specialized Workday roles—functional consultants, integration engineers, and change managers.
  • Own the candidate journey end-to-end: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and delivering an exceptional experience.

Creative & Strategic Sourcing

  • Utilize innovative methods, including advanced searches, social channels, talent communities, referrals, and more.
  • Own the job story: craft role messaging that excites top talent and compels engagement.

Culture & Brand Champion

  • Be the face of our employer brand—leading info sessions, virtual events, and nurturing talent relationships.
  • Create a candidate experience that’s efficient, transparent, human, and unforgettable.

Data‑Driven Process Builder

  • Master our ATS (Greenhouse )—track KPIs such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and employee metrics.
  • Analyze and refine and dig into the numbers, uncover what’s working (and what’s not), and apply continuous improvements.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of full-cycle Workday recruiting for a consulting or staffing form that provided Workday consultants
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring hard-to-find technical and functional Workday roles
  • Strong familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Master of creative sourcing—Boolean wizard, LinkedIn pro, referral networker
  • Have fans of your past work and can draw and attract candidates to join you at Meridian Partners.
  • Data and AI-savvy recruiter: You love metrics and AI and use them to iterate and win
  • Consultative communicator—with hiring managers and with candidates
  • Initiative-driven self-starter: agile, high-volume mindset with laser attention to detail
  • Must have experience in sourcing Workday consulting, government and high-growth tech
