The Opportunity

We're expanding our Digital Transformation Practice and looking for an experienced IT Training & Development Specialist who is passionate about helping organizations successfully adopt new technology. This role goes far beyond delivering training—it focuses on designing learning strategies that improve adoption, increase user confidence, and help public sector organizations realize the full value of their technology investments.

You'll partner with organizational change leaders, project teams, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences that support complex ERP implementations, business process transformation, and long-term organizational success.

This is a highly collaborative consulting role where you'll influence user adoption from project kickoff through post-go-live while helping shape Meridian's growing Digital Transformation practice.

Why Meridian — And Why Now

There are plenty of consulting firms that deliver technology projects. Here's what's different about Meridian.

Training is viewed as a strategic investment—not a project deliverable.

We believe successful implementations happen when people are confident using the system—not simply because technology was deployed. Our training professionals help clients embrace change, improve adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

You'll influence more than classroom training.

You'll partner closely with Organizational Change Management consultants, project leadership, and executive stakeholders to build comprehensive learning strategies that support lasting organizational transformation.

Your work will have meaningful impact.

Our clients include state and local governments, K-12 school districts, higher education institutions, federal agencies, and nonprofit organizations whose missions directly impact communities. The work you do helps employees better serve citizens, students, and constituents.

You'll help build something.

Meridian is a 20+ year consulting firm experiencing rapid growth. You'll have opportunities to contribute ideas, improve methodologies, develop reusable assets, and help shape the future of our Digital Transformation practice.

The culture is human.

We're a firm built on integrity, collaboration, and service. We value people who care about clients, support one another, and continuously look for better ways to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
