
Influencer Marketing Coordinator
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator at Merit will be a liaison between the Influencer Marketing and Performance Marketing department, helping to successfully execute top creator talent across the Micro Influencer program. The right candidate possesses an interest in Influencer Marketing, has a high attention to detail, and effective organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage effective end-to-end communication and execution of paid partnerships with influencers from confirmation, product send outs (in-office and through Grin), and creative briefing, to content submission, review and approval
- Manage Influencer payments and work with Accounts Payable team to process payments in a timely manner
- Be responsible for shipping Merit product order requests in a timely manner
- Maintain and update internal process trackers in real time
- Create custom influencer landing pages and tracking links on a monthly basis
- Lead briefing calls for influencers on a monthly basis
- Assist with office send outs and other influencer needs as they arise
- Monitor creator live content and save down content for reporting
- Manage organization of fully executed influencer contracts
- Manage creators content review, providing edits, and feedback implementation
- Cultivate understanding of influencer performance data to inform content optimizations and partner category testing
- Participate in team brainstorming, strategy and best practices to optimize and scale the program
- Create template for Tribe Dynamics and important new influencers in real time
- Create and manage campaigns in Tribe, ensuring appropriate tags and hashtags are included
- Assist in sourcing and outreaching to creators that meet partnership criteria
- Assist in partnership negotiations
- Assist in the creation of campaign briefs
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience working within Influencer Marketing, either brand or agency-side, preferably within beauty, CPG, or fashion
- Demonstrated experience with creator outreach and partnership management (managing execution of programs and contract negotiations)
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities; an ability to think critically and analytically
- An ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of people, both internally and externally
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- A high attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- An ability to work autonomously and be self-directed
- A proactive mindset; an ability to anticipate potential problems and take independent action as appropriate using good judgment and discretion
- An ability, and interest, to stay abreast of influencer marketing and pop culture
*This role is based in Los Angeles, with an in-office requirement of 2-3 days per week in-office.
