VP of Technology Transformation

The Opportunity
Meriton is seeking a visionary VP, Technology Transformation to lead the multi-year redesign of our core business systems using the Microsoft Dynamics platform — including Dynamics CE, PMA, and F&O. This executive will be responsible for defining and delivering the future-state technology foundation that enables scale, efficiency, and growth across all Meriton operating companies.
This is a pivotal role that blends technology leadership, transformation delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Transformation Program
Own planning, execution, and delivery of Meriton’s Dynamics platform implementation (CE, PMA, F&O).
- Architect the Future State
Define and maintain a scalable, integrated systems architecture aligned with Meriton’s growth strategy.
- Partner Across the Business
Work closely with the VP of Finance Transformation, business leaders, and operations teams to co-design future workflows and solutions.
- Drive Change Management
Establish transformation governance, change adoption frameworks, and communication channels to ensure stakeholder alignment and user engagement.
- Own Vendor & Partner Delivery
Select and manage system integrators, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
- Build and Empower the Transformation Team
Lead a matrixed team of internal and external experts across business applications, analytics, architecture, and program management.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise technology leadership, with at least 5 years in transformation or systems implementation roles
- Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP/CRM platform rollouts, ideally on Microsoft Dynamics
- Deep understanding of business operations, finance processes, and systems architecture
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and build consensus across business and IT stakeholders
- Experience managing external vendors and multi-year, multi-entity technology programs
Preferred Experience
- Background in HVAC, construction, distribution, or field-service-related industries
- Microsoft Dynamics CE, PMA, and F&O platform experience
- Familiarity with M&A environments and systems integration post-acquisition
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and cloud-based architectures

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
