Business Products Analyst          

Reports to: Director, Enterprise Systems

The Company

Meriton is a national investment holding company with a portfolio of six operating companies in the commercial HVAC industry.  Founded in 2019, Meriton is the parent holding company to successful commercial HVAC businesses in the nation, such as Texas AirSystems, HVAC RNTL, MPN, MPSW, ICS, Vicon etc.  All Meriton businesses offer innovative commercial systems with flexibility of equipment and solutions to best match each application. The Meriton businesses work with industry professionals and end users from the conceptual stage of projects to provide energy efficient, value‐added solutions to their complex problems. Our sales professionals offer technical expertise and application experience in the design, construction, commissioning, and operation of mechanical systems.

The Opportunity

As a Business Products Analyst, you will be pivotal in ensuring that various systems within an organization work seamlessly together. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the business processes to optimize system integration and functionality. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing integration solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Product Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing Meriton products and systems to understand integration requirements and identify potential improvements.
  • Integration Planning: Develop detailed integration plans that align with the business objectives and technological landscape.
  • Implementation: Oversee the implementation of integration solutions, including testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for Meriton Products integration processes and solutions, ensuring that all stakeholders have clear and accessible information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business units to gather requirements, share insights, and achieve integration goals.
  • Training: Provide training and support to staff on new systems and integration processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor integrated systems to ensure they are performing optimally, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, recommending and implementing upgrades and improvements

The Required Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field or minimum of 8 yrs as Software Developer or Technical Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies, tools, and software.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify integration opportunities and issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage integration projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all integration aspects are thoroughly addressed.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in API, Enterprise Messaging frameworks, Cloud Integration Technology specially with Azure.
  • Knowledge in Finance, Project Accounting, Resource Management, and Budgeting workflows within Dynamics 365 is a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Integration architecture and system integration, using Azure
  • Knowledge in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a big plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure Services, including Logic Apps, and Function Apps, is a plus.
  • Experience with project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, DevOps practices).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Full Stack is a big plus.

Able to solve problems and skillfully negotiate with a minimum of noise while managing stress.  Demonstrates integrity and trust through appropriate directness and truthfulness.  Ability to understand personal strengths and weaknesses, seek feedback and improve upon shortcomings. 

Environmental Requirements

Has ability to work remote when not required in office for project-specific requirements.   

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
