RECRUITER – National Platforms (Parts, Rental and Service Technicians)

SUMMARY

Owns full-cycle recruiting for Meriton’s national platform businesses, with a primary focus on parts, rental, and service technicians. Partners with platform leaders, hiring managers, and the Talent Strategic Partner to develop recruiting strategies that address hiring demand across multiple locations and markets. Maintains the flexibility to support operations and other requisitions as business needs evolve.

NATIONAL PLATFORM RECRUITING

  • Manages full-cycle recruiting for parts, rental, service technicians, and related operational positions across assigned national platforms.
  • Develops targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using industry networks, competitor research, employee referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
  • Partners with hiring managers to understand each business, market, and position and to identify candidates with the appropriate industry knowledge, technical capabilities, sales experience, and cultural alignment.

FLEXIBLE RECRUITING SUPPORT

  • Supports additional requisitions across the national platforms as hiring priorities and business needs change.
  • Applies a consistent full-cycle recruiting process across position types while adapting sourcing channels, screening criteria, and candidate messaging to each role and market.
  • Communicates requisition volume, pipeline challenges, and capacity concerns to the Talent Strategic Partner to support effective prioritization and resource allocation.

FULL CYCLE EXECUTION

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates through the ATS for all assigned requisitions.
  • Coordinate interview logistics with Operating Company hiring managers and provide timely candidate feedback.
  • Extend offers within approved parameters and manage the offer-to-start handoff.

CANDIDATE AND HIRING MANAGER EXPERIENCE

  • Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience from first contact through start date.
  • Keep Operating Company hiring managers informed on pipeline status and market realities for their open requisitions.
  • Hand off new hires cleanly to onboarding, including any trade-specific certification or licensing needs.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date req and candidate status in the ATS.

  • Trade schools, apprenticeship & military transition programs — pipeline building 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multi-location or national organizations across sales, parts, rental, operations, or related positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, industry networking, employee referrals, job boards, and competitor research.
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of requisitions and adapting sourcing strategies, screening criteria, and candidate messaging based on the position and market.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics, along with strong organizational, communication, and hiring-manager partnership skills.

Salary ranges listed are dependent upon a candidate’s qualifications, experience, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the specific role and location.
