The Role

Partnerships Lead - GTM

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven individual to join our team as the Partnerships - GTM Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating and executing comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies for partnerships that drive growth and enhance our market presence among financial service partners. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to source opportunities and implement partnerships that achieve our objectives.

 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Relationship Sourcing, Management and Collaboration:
    • Tenaciously source and navigate prospective partners at large and small organizations; serve as the initial qualifier for partner’s interest. 
    • Creatively and professionally represent the company externally to secure interest from target companies.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key external partners, and serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagements, facilitating productive collaboration and driving mutual value creation.
  • Go-To-Market Execution:
    • Develop and execute detailed Go-To-Market plans for new partnerships, outlining key objectives, target markets, value propositions, and implementation timelines.
    • Lead the execution of Go-To-Market initiatives, including product launches, marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, and customer engagement strategies.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, with a preference for candidates from the mortgage or payments industry
  • Ability to map the value chain and articulate new value propositions in existing business processes
  • Track record of executing marquee partnerships that bring innovative product and financial service experiences to market
  • Experience sourcing deals with banking partners, and implementing them, including scaling such deals across multiple partners
  • Experience working in a fast-moving, tech-driven start-up desired. You don’t mind getting in the weeds to get something done. 
  • Fluency working with CRM systems to source and track deal pipeline and progress
  • Desired: Comfort navigating and anticipating regulatory and legal requirements for payments or mortgage-based partnerships
  • Must love dogs

Location: We’re building our team in Austin, TX, Charlotte, NC, and New York, NY but are open to remote candidates.
