The Role

Seasoned Loan Officer with QI Qualification

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team and act as our Qualified Individual (QI). This role is ideal for someone with a passion for mortgage lending, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.

How you’ll make an impact

• Loan Origination: Assist clients with the mortgage loan process from pre-qualification to closing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Act as the Qualified Individual, ensuring that the organization complies with state and federal regulations, including oversight of licensing requirements.
• Customer Experience: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan process and offering tailored financial solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Loan Officer.
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, in good standing.
• Proven ability to manage the loan process from start to finish while maintaining compliance.
• Strong understanding of state and federal mortgage lending regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
