About the Role
What you'll do:

Strategy Development & Optimization
-
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and domestic platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu, aiming to drive user growth and maximize ROI.

Continuously analyze campaign data to identify high-potential channels and growth opportunities, allocate budgets effectively, and optimize overall strategy.

Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration

Work closely with internal creative teams or external agencies to provide data-backed creative direction and optimization suggestions.

Design and implement A/B tests, optimizing ad performance across audience targeting, creative assets, and other dimensions.

Performance Tracking & Channel Management

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., CPC, CPA, ROAS), driving continuous improvement in campaign efficiency.

Stay up-to-date on advertising platform policies, algorithms, and industry trends to quickly respond and maximize campaign impact.

Collaborate with the tracking team to ensure campaign performance is measurable and optimizable, leveraging technical understanding of tracking and attribution.

What We're looking for:

Professional Skills:
-
At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with solid hands-on experience on major overseas platforms (Google, Meta) and domestic platforms such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu.

Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or similar tools.

Familiarity with A/B testing and audience segmentation, with the ability to make rapid data-driven campaign decisions.

Technical understanding of ad tracking and attribution, able to collaborate with technical teams for accurate measurement and optimization.
