About the Role

In this role, you’ll collaborate with world-class engineers and artists to develop intelligent, AI-powered 3D creation systems and workflows—empowering creativity without the limits of technical barriers.

What you'll do:

• Develop next-generation spatial intelligence creation tools, including a web-based 3D editor powered by generative AI.
• Design and implement generative AI–driven 3D creative workflows, such as model and texture editing tools, character animation systems, and procedural asset generation pipelines.
• Optimize the interactive 3D experience on Meshy’s web platform, ensuring high-quality asset rendering and cross-browser compatibility.

What We're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in graphics-focused frontend development.
• Strong understanding of computer graphics fundamentals and proficiency in WebGL or popular Web 3D rendering frameworks (e.g., Three.js, R3F).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Excellent communication skills and aesthetic judgment, with the ability to collaborate on refining user experience and product interaction design.

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing web-based editors or creative tools, with a personal portfolio or website.
• Familiarity with 3D content creation tools such as Blender, ZBrush, or Houdini.
• Understanding of generative AI or machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience using 3D generative AI tools for creative work.
• Previous experience as a Technical Artist.
