About The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (engineering & research).
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage top talent across APAC
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track and report recruiting metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Must Have:

3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency), preferably hiring for engineering and research roles.

Strong understanding of technical skill sets and ability to speak credibly with technical candidates.
- Experienced in talent mapping and competitor intelligence.
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods across both conventional and unconventional channels.

Build targeted outreach strategies and write high-conversion messages tailored to passive technical talent.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong English communication skills

Experience hiring for startups, especially in AI or deep tech industries.

Familiarity with modern ATS tools and recruiting analytics platforms.
