About The Role
Meshy is growing rapidly — and with that growth comes an increasing demand for top-tier non-technical talent. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter with 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to help us build high-performing teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
As a Recruiter at Meshy, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business teams to define role requirements, develop effective hiring strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end recruiting process — from first touch to offer.

What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other business/G&A roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs and build tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source, expand, and maintain diverse recruiting channels while continuously optimizing processes and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key roles.
- Conduct recruitment data analysis, monitor funnel efficiency and channel performance, and iterate hiring strategies accordingly.
- Support employer branding initiatives and assist with campus recruitment programs.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–3 years of non-technical recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and sourcing channels, with solid ability to interpret role requirements.
- Excellent communication and candidate-management skills; able to build trusted partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Proactive, execution-driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of independently conducting recruitment data analysis.
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting for startups, especially in AI or deep tech
- Fluency in English
- Experience recruiting for gaming-related roles
