About the Role
What You'll Do

Lead the full stack team building AI products and infra team supporting cloud and AI infrastructure.

Drive hands-on execution and architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, robustness, and customer obsession.

Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers who thrive in a high-trust, high-impact environment.

Work closely with Product Managers, Researchers and other engineering teams to align initiatives with company goals.

Collaborate with the globally distributed teams and stakeholders to ensure global alignment and execution.

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability within your team.
What We're Looking For

Strong full-stack background with solid infrastructure fundamentals.

Strong hands-on coding ability in at least one language (Go, Python, or similar).

Proven experience managing engineering team that delivers complex, high-quality products at scale.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
