About the Role:
Meshy is seeking a data-driven Growth Product Manager specializing in user lifecycle management and retention optimization. As a core team member, you will use in-depth data insights and scientific experimentation to enhance the conversion efficiency from “first experience” to “long-term retention,” creating a healthy and sustainable SaaS user growth model.
What you'll do:

Full Lifecycle Retention Management: Own retention strategies across the entire user lifecycle; Identify key churn points and design targeted product mechanisms to improve core retention metrics and user engagement.

Value Deepening & User Engagement: Understand creator needs and optimize product experiences and interaction mechanisms; Guide users to discover core product value and cultivate long-term usage habits.

Churn Prediction & User Reactivation: Establish churn warning systems and design tiered anti-churn and reactivation strategies for different user segments; Reduce churn and increase subscription renewal rates effectively.

Experiment-Driven Iteration: Lead end-to-end growth experiments (A/B Testing); Design experiments based on data-driven hypotheses, validate strategy effectiveness quickly, and drive continuous product optimization.
What We're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in graphics-focused frontend development.

Strong understanding of computer graphics fundamentals and proficiency in WebGL or popular Web 3D rendering frameworks (e.g., Three.js, R3F).

Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React.

Excellent communication skills and aesthetic judgment, with the ability to collaborate on refining user experience and product interaction design.

3+ years of internet product experience, with at least 1 year focused on retention strategies or membership/subscription systems.

Strong data analysis capabilities; proficient in SQL and mainstream analytics tools (e.g., GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

Able to independently complete the full cycle from data extraction and cleaning to insight generation.

Solid understanding of growth experimentation methodologies, with a foundation in statistics.

Capable of scientifically designing experiments and evaluating significance.

English proficiency for daily work (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-border teams.
Nice to Have:

Experience with AIGC, gaming, visual creative tools, or content platform products.

Familiarity with subscription-based business models and LTV optimization strategies.

Hands-on experience driving growth for global products.
