About the Role:
 
We are seeking a versatile Growth Expert to build and expand our strategic business partnership ecosystem. In this role, you will orchestrate the full-cycle partnership journey—from traffic distribution to brand collaborations. You will leverage digital platform mechanics and strategic resource exchanges to drive scalable business growth.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Ecosystem Development: Formulate comprehensive channel growth strategies and lead the expansion and execution of ecosystem partnerships, including IP and cross-brand collaborations. Utilize diverse business models to enhance brand coverage and influence within target markets.
  • Precision Channel Operations: Establish and maintain the Affiliate Management System, taking ownership of core mechanism design and optimization. This includes developing competitive commission structures, tiered incentive policies, and settlement rules to maximize channel efficiency while maintaining a healthy ROI.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead joint growth initiatives with partners. Focus on designing high-impact digital marketing events that convert partnership resources into tangible user traffic and sales leads, managing the entire lifecycle from planning to post-campaign analysis.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Build a robust data monitoring framework for partnership channels and conduct deep-dive analyses of conversion funnels. Use data insights to dynamically adjust commission rates and strategies, identifying high-performing channels and phasing out underperforming ones to ensure sustainable growth.
What We're Looking For:
  • Hybrid Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Business Development (BD) or Growth Operations. You should possess the "negotiation prowess of a BD" combined with the "systematic mindset of an Operator," capable of handling everything from high-level negotiations to technical backend configurations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience designing commission models and incentive systems within major Affiliate/Partner Platforms (Must-have); A proven track record of successful IP collaborations or ecosystem alliances, with a knack for identifying commercial value in cross-industry partnerships.
  • Campaign Planning: Exceptional digital campaign planning and execution skills. You should excel at leveraging digital tools for user acquisition rather than relying solely on offline execution.
  • Mindset: Highly data-sensitive and results-oriented. Ability to maintain a strategic balance between Brand Awareness and Performance.
