We are looking for a highly-organized Producer to support our development team in creating world-class content and features for our games. You will join the Merge Mansion team and take responsibility for a feature team's leadership, supervision, planning, and output, ensuring team members and stakeholders are well-informed about project objectives, timelines, and expectations.

  • Establishing and maintaining a prioritized roadmap for their teams, aligned with agreed-upon product-level focus areas and business objectives
  • Planning and reviewing the team’s work effort against product targets and impact, in collaboration with the Product Manager
  • Helping the team to plan, outline scope, schedule, and monitor work progress to ensure the quality and impact of the outcomes, while mitigating risks and removing blockers
  • Participating in and providing feedback to unify and improve working methods and processes across the entire game team
  • Communicating effectively and facilitating information flow to and from the team
  • At Metacore, Producers may have managerial responsibilities for their team


  • Previous experience in a similar Producer role and a background in the game industry
  • Experience working with a live game is an advantage, so you’re familiar with the demands of a live environment and releasing pipeline
  • Strong understanding and experience in roadmapping and planning, agile methodologies, and iterative development
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work for the best impact and help team to remove blockers and hindrances
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with different project planning and management tools
  • Ability to see the big picture and how the teams’ work impacts and is impacted by others
  • Organized and proactive way of working, bringing clarity to areas that are lacking it
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, backed by a positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills to help you collaborate smoothly with different teams and stakeholders
