About the role

The Associate Implementation Specialist will manage and deliver the implementation requirements of key and corporate customers and co-ordinate all parties (both internally and with our customers) and deliverables for small and medium new business accounts.

What will you be doing?

You will implement solutions in our clients' systems through:

  • Verifying trial implementations on the test environment,
  • building test scenarios,
  • implementing changes on the production systems of our service recipients,
  • contacts with couriers and eCommerce sellers to determine the requirements and details necessary to implement accurate solutions,
  • conducting workshops and training for retailers.

What are we looking for?

  • You have been studying IT related subjects as part of a degree or technical studies,
  • Having a keen interest in IT and like to learn about new software/tools in your spare time,
  • Having the ability to think analytically and create optimal solutions for problems encountered,
  • Ability to manage yourself in time,
  • Having experience in working with clients,
  • Ability to identify and properly respond to their needs,
  • You are open for occasional business trips to clients to learn about the specifics of their work environment and to determine the optimal range of services and required support,
  • You are able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
