At Method, we work in focused, cross-functional project teams to build truly innovative products for our varied client base. We are seeking an experienced technical Recruiter to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts in international markets, with an initial primary focus on Mexico. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for both the development of direct, full-cycle recruitment for key roles. You will have the opportunity to hire for a variety of positions, including engineers, product managers, designers, and more, playing a pivotal role in Method's global growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment for all roles based in Mexico. This includes partnering with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing diverse talent pools, conducting initial interviews, and managing the candidate journey through to offer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and a strong advocate for Method for all candidates in the Mexico hiring process, ensuring an exceptional and culturally attuned candidate experience.
- Proactively research, identify, and engage passive candidates in Mexico through innovative sourcing techniques, networking, and building relationships within the local tech and design communities.
- Collaborate closely with US-based recruitment leadership and global stakeholders to ensure the recruitment pipeline in Mexico meets current and future business needs.
- Establish and refine recruitment processes and best practices specifically for the Mexican market, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within all recruitment activities for Mexico, actively working to build diverse candidate slates and foster an inclusive hiring culture.
Qualifications:
- Method is looking for great candidates who care about people and will represent Method’s brand in a positive light in the community.
- 3+ years of relevant technical recruiting experience.
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in talent acquisition.
- Experience with recruitment automation tools and technology to streamline processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of best practices in promoting diversity and inclusion within recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Strong proficiency in English
- Preferred: Experience recruiting in Mexico or other Latin American markets.
- Preferred: Business proficiency in Spanish.
