Position Overview
The Quoin is seeking a warm, polished, and hospitality‑driven Server to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an elevated yet welcoming dining environment and enjoys guiding guests through a thoughtful food and beverage experience. As a Server, you’ll deliver attentive, knowledgeable service, maintain a strong understanding of the menu, and help create the refined, memorable atmosphere that defines The Quoin
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging, and attentive service throughout the guest experience
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and daily specials
- Manage tables efficiently, including order entry, coursing, and payment handling
- Communicate clearly with the bar, kitchen, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation standards
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and grace
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of serving experience in an upscale or high‑volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced setting
- Positive attitude and a team‑oriented approach
- Must have weekend availably
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
