Position Overview  

The Quoin is seeking a warm, polished, and hospitality‑driven Server to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an elevated yet welcoming dining environment and enjoys guiding guests through a thoughtful food and beverage experience. As a Server, you’ll deliver attentive, knowledgeable service, maintain a strong understanding of the menu, and help create the refined, memorable atmosphere that defines The Quoin 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide warm, engaging, and attentive service throughout the guest experience 
  • Guide guests through the menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and daily specials 
  • Manage tables efficiently, including order entry, coursing, and payment handling 
  • Communicate clearly with the bar, kitchen, and support staff to ensure smooth service flow 
  • Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation standards 
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and grace 
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment 

Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of serving experience in an upscale or high‑volume restaurant  
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals 
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest‑focused mindset 
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced setting 
  • Positive attitude and a team‑oriented approach 
  • Must have weekend availably  
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
