About the Role 

Servers play a key role in shaping the guest experience, delivering warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service from the moment guests are seated through the end of their visit. This role requires confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ideal candidates are energetic, detailoriented, and thrive in a fastpaced, teamdriven environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet guests with warmth and guide them through the menu with thoughtful recommendations 
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with polished, efficient service 
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials 
  • Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and wellmaintained throughout service 
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar teams to support smooth service flow 
  • Process payments and handle guest interactions with professionalism and care 
  • Uphold all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards 
  • Contribute to opening, closing, and sidework duties as assigned 

Qualifications 

  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred 
  • Strong communication skills and a guestfirst mindset 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized during highvolume service 
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit 
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods 
  • Weekend and holiday availability preferred
