Position Overview
The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for executing dishes with consistency, precision, and care. This role supports a smooth, efficient service by maintaining strong mise en place, following established recipes and techniques, and upholding the high standards that define our kitchens. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, disciplined, and passionate about producing thoughtful, well‑crafted food.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute menu items according to recipes, plating guides, and brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service
- Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and ingredient management
- Communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols
- Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture
- Contribute to closing duties, cleaning tasks, and equipment care
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
- High level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
