Job Description  

Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:  

• Operateand maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness  
• Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines 
• Monitorand maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishment  
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment areproperly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas 
• Maintaincleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces  
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals andmaintaininga clean and hazard-free work environment  
• Support the kitchen team byassistingwith various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness.
