About Us
Metronome is the leading usage-based billing platform built for modern software companies. With Metronome, companies can launch products faster, offer any pricing model, and streamline finance workflows without writing code.
Our platform computes millions of invoices per billing period and is scaling rapidly to accommodate new customers, saving them hours of development time and manual invoicing and enabling them to use consumption data to better serve their customers. Our customers love our product and approach, and we’re humbled to work with amazing companies like OpenAI, Databricks, NVIDIA, Confluent, and Anthropic.
You'll be joining an experienced team that includes founders who have successfully built and sold startups before. Our founders and employees also have direct experience building and scaling teams through massive growth at companies like Dropbox, Clever, and New Relic. On the back of this experience and our success-to-date, we’ve raised over $128M from leading investors including NEA, Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Elad Gil, and Workday Ventures. We’re also proud to have founders and executives of companies like Segment, Plaid, Looker, Gitlab, Confluent, HashiCorp, and Snowflake, as investors who have experienced the pain we're solving firsthand.
About the Role
As Executive Assistant to our Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be the go-to force behind the scenes, making sure our leaders—and their teams—stay on track and in sync. You’ll manage complex calendars, prep for key meetings, and support day-to-day operations that keep R&D and Go-to-Market teams running smoothly. You’ll also help bring people together by coordinating team events and supporting planning for offsites.
This role is all about execution, organization, and creating space for our leaders to focus on the right stuff. You'll report directly to either the CPO or COO and collaborate with teams across the company.
This position is based in the Bay Area and requires 2–3 days a week in our San Francisco office, with occasional travel for onsites and offsites (roughly once per quarter). Relocation is not offered for this role.

Impact You'll Have

- By supporting key execs, you will play a central role in shaping how our teams work and connect
- With your visibility across the org, you will often be the first to spot what’s missing, what’s off track, or what needs attention before it becomes urgent
- Our admin team is the glue that holds everything together—and you will be a critical part of it!

- Discreet and trustworthy—you know how to handle sensitive information with care
- Comfortable owning logistics for team events, internal meetings, and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent communicator across email, Slack, and in person
- Confident with Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, and other standard tools
