Overview:
- The Transformation Office Analyst will partner with the Senior Director-Transformation Office in driving the weekly cadence, managing tracking tools, and preparing Transformation communications. This role will also assist in being a strong problem solver who can support creation,coordination, and education of new processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support, prepare and run TO meetings and debriefs. Pull TO trackers, write TO comments, issue meeting materials and print trackers, brief CTO on issues/update (as needed) prepare VC/dial in and run presentation, track, consolidate, and distribute all action items from meeting including action trackers and execution management
- Create reporting and analyses for the Transformation Office and leadership team including weekly transformation reports for all workstreams
- Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested, proactively deliver additional insights to members of the Transformation Office and Executive Committee
- Act as first point of contact for Transformation participants with data questions and data requests
- Own tracking tool and user management and assist in reassigning initiatives as needed
- Coordinate new user training delivery to initiate them to business rules, tracking tool processes, and new features
- Create content to support education of new features, business rules, processes
Requirements:
- Pragmatic problem solver with strong attention to detail
- 2+ years experience working in professional service environments i.e. management consulting or investment banking, is highly preferred
- Modeling and data analysis skills using Excel
- Expertise in office applications (presentation, word processing)
- Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment
- Ability to communicate well with roles of all levels

The anticipated base salary for this position is $75,000 to $105,000.00 annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base salary is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more.
