
Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in detail-oriented execution and has a strong analytical foundation. This is a hybrid role, blending performance marketing management of alternative ad platforms while also assisting with advertising operations. You will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing and partner closely with senior performance marketing managers to ensure the smooth execution, QA, and optimization of campaigns across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & QA
- Execute and optimize campaigns across alternative channels and DSPs, including Programmatic, Taboola, Outbrain, Quora, and Snapchat.
- QA creative assets, tracking setups, and campaign configurations to ensure accurate, error-free launches.
- Review assets for specs, messaging, and conversion alignment prior to trafficking.
- Support test budgets, CRO efforts, and creative/targeting experiments to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Help develop creative and targeting tests to evaluate new growth opportunities.
Ad Operations & Reporting
- Assist with daily campaign management—monitor pacing, budgets, and surface-level performance trends.
- Maintain campaign hygiene including naming conventions, budget allocations, tracking, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform as intended.
- Conduct foundational tasks such as keyword research, ad copy staging, and audience building under guidance from senior team members.
- Own campaign documentation: manage trackers, flight calendars, and asset organization.
- Support performance reporting: flag anomalies, build ad hoc reports, and contribute to post-mortem insights.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally within a performance marketing team.
- Familiarity with setting up and monitoring campaigns on Demand-Side-Platforms (DSP), Google Ads, Meta, and one or more of the following: Snapchat, Quora, Taboola, or Outbrain.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail—able to QA your own work and spot inconsistencies. - Experience working with ad platforms, spreadsheets, and creative/asset management tools.
Strong team collaborator—comfortable working with channel leads, analysts, designers, and external agencies. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once.

Compensation for this role varies based on years of experience, skill set, and alignment with position requirements.
Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 USD
