Manager, Business Development Representatives

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized BDR Manager to lead and support our growing team of Business Development Representatives in our NYC office. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that BDRs meet and exceed their monthly performance KPIs, are equipped with high-quality lead lists, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Management: Supervise and coach a team of BDRs, providing day-to-day guidance, accountability, and performance feedback.
- Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team KPIs (e.g., calls, emails, meetings set) and implement strategies to ensure monthly targets are consistently met.
- List Quality Assurance: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that BDRs are using accurate, relevant, and segmented lead lists for outreach.
- Training & Development: Onboard new BDRs, implement training programs, and develop ongoing performance improvement plans.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on team performance, identifying trends, roadblocks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align outreach strategy, messaging, and tools.
- Culture & Motivation: Foster a positive, competitive, and high-energy sales floor culture.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a BDR or SDR team, preferably in a high-volume outbound environment
- Proven ability to drive KPI success and team accountability
- Strong understanding of outbound sales development processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Orum, Gong, Clari)
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- NYC-based or able to work in-office full time
*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $105,000 annually with variable compensation totaling $130,000 performance pending. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
