Your Mission:

The Revenue Operations Manager will own and drive the newly established Revenue Operations function at MFour. This includes prioritizing strategic initiatives, managing budgets and resources, and implementing and integrating third-party software like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Planview to support Go-To-Market (GTM) operations.

You’ll work with stakeholders to define goals and metrics, then leverage your expertise to automate and scale business processes and systems. Additionally, you’ll support data visualization and reporting by creating automated dashboards and reports for executives, managers, and key stakeholders.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with c-level to define the department roadmap including initiatives and prioritization

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce and other business systems to ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with Engineering to maintain the system architecture map and ensure accurate data flow between proprietary and third-party GTM systems.

  • Oversee software vendor relationships, including contracts, budgets, implementation, support services, and feature utilization.

  • Develop and maintain executive and manager-level dashboards, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making and revenue growth.

  • Monitor software roadmaps to optimize feature usage and ensure up-to-date team training.

  • Analyze data and design automation workflows to improve efficiency and accelerate growth.

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, maintaining system role and profile integrity.

  • Support project execution through sprint cycles and collaboration with DevOps.

 

Qualifications that set you apart 

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce (certifications preferred) and specific experience with Salesforce CPQ.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and experience using automation tools like Zapier.

  • Skilled in working with systems and revenue operations data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.

  • Ability to envision, articulate, and execute new approaches to automating business processes.

  • Experience managing integrated system releases with DevOps.

  • Strong understanding of reporting visualization and dashboard creation.

  • Clear and effective communication with executives and managers to implement requests.

  • Strategic mindset to align systems development with business goals.
