
Investment Analyst

We are looking for an Investment Analyst to assist the company’s processing of acquisition and portfolio property financing, complete property disposition due diligence, coordinate portfolio investment management communication, and complete property portfolio investment management analysis as requested.
Essential Responsibilities:

- Produce Yardi-based property financial reports and YieldStar leasing reports.
- Establish and maintain due diligence resource folders for lenders.
- Coordinate with the Due Diligence team regarding third party reports and lender and vendor site inspections.
- Analyze and summarize key property financial and rental performance metrics.
- Obtain required information to complete and submit lender application packages.
- Compile mortgage financing, accounting, due diligence, and post-close information for Refinance Memorandums.

- Research, validate, reconcile and coordinate responses to broker and buyer questions and information requests received during the disposition process.
- Establish and maintain due diligence resource folders for brokers.
- Analyze and prepare property net operating income summaries and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with the Investor Relations team to complete the Investment Sales Proceeds Analysis and validate results with the Investment Management software.:
- Help support the implementation and then maintain a project management system for property financing and disposition processes.
- Manage workflow for multiple, concurrent property financing and disposition processes with different deadlines and changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate transaction, property management or asset management roles with multifamily specific experience preferred
- Experience with professionals such as Real Estate Brokers, Lenders, and Investors preferred
- Experience preferred in financial and business intelligence environments working with sensitive financial information
- Strong analytical and research skills with an interest in understanding multifamily property.
- Completion of education/training or equivalent work experience demonstrating knowledge and proficiency of MS Office computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Yardi property management accounting software. Project management software experience is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or Bachelor’s degree in another field with equivalent business, finance or accounting experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- $75,000-$85,000
- Company profit sharing
