Marketing Analyst

Remote

Marketing Analyst (Part-Time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (not exceeding 20 hours per week). This role is an exceptional fit for a marketer with 0–3 years of experience—whether you are a sharp recent graduate with strong internship experience or an early-career professional looking for a high-impact, flexible role.

In this position, you will own the narrative of our client success. Your primary focus will be engaging directly with clients to extract compelling data and insights, transforming those insights into powerful success stories, and managing high-profile spotlight award submissions. You will also coordinate joint marketing initiatives with major channel partners (like NetSuite, Stripe, and Google) and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate market research and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Narrative Building:

  • Client Engagement: Lead outreach and conduct interviews with clients to capture their business challenges, implementation journeys, and measurable successes.
  • Case Studies & Awards: Translate client interviews into high-impact case studies, whitepapers, and compelling submissions for industry spotlight awards.
  • Partner Marketing: Collaborate directly with partner marketing teams to co-author newsletters, coordinate joint marketing collateral, and ensure brand alignment.

Campaigns, Events & Digital Presence

  • Digital Touchpoints: Keep the company website and social media channels current, ensuring our newest client wins and partner milestones are prominently featured.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and happy hours—including managing promotional branded swag, drafting press releases, and coordinating speaker logistics.
  • Future Marketing Initiatives: As our marketing footprint expands, assist in reviving and scaling our email marketing (monthly newsletters) and webinar programs—helping with registration logistics, deck creation, and performance tracking.

AI-Enhanced Marketing & Operations

  • Content Drafting: Leverage AI platforms to brainstorm creative campaign angles, draft initial outlines for success stories, and refine copy for different target audiences.
  • Visual Generation: Utilize modern AI design tools to generate quick visuals, social media graphics, and templates to speed up the content creation process.
  • Process Optimization: Apply AI tools to streamline internal workflows, automate administrative marketing tasks, and analyze data to make our marketing processes faster and more efficient.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. We welcome ambitious recent graduates with relevant internship backgrounds as well as professionals with 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Storytelling & Communication: Exceptional written communication skills. You know how to ask the right questions to turn a technical project into an engaging, human-centric success story.
  • Project Ownership: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple timelines—like balancing an award submission deadline with a monthly newsletter release.
  • Marketing Toolkit: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management, and basic Website CMS (e.g., Webflow, etc).
  • Forward-Thinking: A strong interest or experience in cloud/SaaS industries is preferred, and an eagerness to integrate AI tools into your daily marketing workflows to boost productivity.

Beyond the Paycheck: What’s in it for You?

  • High-Profile Portfolio: You will have direct ownership of co-branded marketing initiatives alongside enterprise names like Google and Stripe, giving you elite portfolio pieces.
  • Executive Visibility: Enjoy direct access to executive leadership and a front-row seat to business operations and strategic scaling.
  • Modern Marketing Mastery: Gain advanced, practical experience blending traditional B2B relationship-building with cutting-edge AI marketing workflows.
