Experience
Required
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Those with experience in project management and review of open web projects with technical knowledge to develop and lead SaaS projects.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience managing multiple projects as a PMO
- Experience in setting goals, evaluating, and developing engineers
- Experience in development work on open web projects
- Experience in visualizing business processes and manuals
Skills
Required
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages
- Basic knowledge of database management
- Basic knowledge of cloud platform
- Basic knowledge of networking and security
- Basic knowledge of system architecture design
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
- Basic knowledge of version control system
- Basic knowledge of test automation
- Hands on experience as engineer / lead in some parts of our tech stack in previous or current role.
