Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for UI / UX Designer located in Bangalore. The Client experience Specialist will play a key role in creating cutting-edge user experiences and visually stunning interface. Person will be responsible for leading design initiatives, collaborating with a cross-functional team, understanding the product and driving innovation in user experience design.

Job Title: Client Experience Specialist (UI/UX Specialist)

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: Min experience of 8+ years working in IT fields designing stunning user interface / experiences.

Key responsibilities

Take charge of design projects from conception to completion, providing guidance and leadership to the design team. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Use insights from research to inform design decisions and improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product teas, and content marketing, communications, offering management, and sales to align content and experiences with business goals.
Conduct UX Research to create personas and identify the best practices & design principles through benchmarking. Perform assessment of the existing experience & highlight the gaps.
Implement an iterative design process, incorporating user feedback and usability testing to refine and enhance designs.
Utilize advanced prototyping and wireframing tools to create interactive and high-fidelity prototypes
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to design specifications.
Design & perform User Experience testing with customers & gather feedback around protype''s usability, accessibility & desirability.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in UX/UI design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

- Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.

- Knowledge of design systems and their implementation.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
