Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate the interview process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on technical roles.
• Strong understanding of software development, engineering, and IT concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
