About the Role

 

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems using data. You will get hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms, analytical tools, and reporting solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Work with Snowflake to query, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  
  
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to track key business metrics.
  
  
• Write Python scripts for data cleaning, automation, and analysis.
  
  
• Assist in scheduling and monitoring workflows using MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow).
  
  
• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data insights.
  
  
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
  
  
• Document processes, findings, and dashboards for team knowledge sharing.
  
  
• Proactively identify data issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  
  

Requirements

 

• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
  
  
• Good SQL skills (Snowflake experience is a plus).
  
  
• Knowledge of  data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
  
  
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting.
  
  
• Interest in data pipelines, scheduling, and automation (Airflow/MWAA exposure is a plus).
  
  
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
  
  

Nice to Have

 

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  
  
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
