Customer Account Manager- Renewals
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Renewal Manager to oversee complex and high-value renewals across Microblink’s Identity business. This role will be responsible for managing both internal and client-side renewal workflows, resolving contract disputes, supporting upsell scenarios, and driving improvements in renewal execution. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and partners to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely renewals.
This is a high-impact role that requires strong operational rigor, excellent communication skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity, especially across legacy accounts, evolving client procurement processes, and changing security requirements.

- Communicate Microblink’s compliance with new client security frameworks, complete detailed security questionnaires, and manage the response-review cycle.
- Manage conflict resolution around pricing discrepancies, contract terms or legacy pricing terms.
- Track and escalate renewal issues on core segmented accounts.
Internal Renewal Operations
- Support renewal execution for customers that require written confirmation and manual processing.

- Identify upsell or risk opportunities; balance strategic account management with effort investment
- Partner with operational teams on delinquent / non-compliant accounts
- Maintain meticulous records of account status and ensure internal systems are accurate and up-to-date including customer health scores, segmentation, up to date billing/champion contact information
Contract Management
- Work through complex transitions from legacy contracts to our latest terms and pricing model.
- Align with customers on usage metrics to support accurate billing and renewals.
- Drive efforts to transition relevant clients to self-serve renewal models, which require cross-functional collaboration and alignment across legal, operational, and customer teams.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Bring 5+ years of experience in renewal management, customer success operations, or deal desk roles—ideally within SaaS or enterprise software
- Have a proven track record of managing complex client relationships, navigating high-stakes negotiations, and working through contractual ambiguity
