You will manage all aspects of health insurance contracts, from initial application through ongoing maintenance and compliance. This role involves close collaboration with payors and internal teams to ensure that contractual agreements align with the organizationās strategic goals, financial objectives, and compliance standards. - Lead all aspects of payor contract managementā from negotiation to compliance.
- Collaborate with finance, billing, and clinical teams to drive successful contract implementation and execution.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with health payors to resolve disputes and optimize terms.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, contract milestones, and deadlines.
- Drive strategic initiatives to secure favorable contract terms and ongoing renewals.

What You Will Need to Succeed: š±
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in health payor contracting, contract management, or provider relationsāpreferably within a telehealth/healthcare organization or health plan.
- Degree: Bachelorās degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Masterās degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Healthcare Contract Manager) is a plus.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of health insurance policies, healthcare reimbursement, regulatory requirements, and provider credentialing.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical ability: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to assess financial impacts, track contract milestones, and analyze contract performance.
- Proactive approach: Experience managing complex contracts, resolving issues, and optimizing contract terms across multiple stakeholders.
