Senior Clinical Data Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst at Midi Health, you will analyze and interpret clinical data to enhance patient outcomes and optimize clinical workflows. Your experience with electronic health record (EHR) platforms will allow you to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making across clinical and operational teams. This is the ideal role for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for improving clinical operations, and a desire to impact patient care.

📍 Location: Remote (This role is not eligible for sponsorship). If located in the Bay Area, 2x a week in the Palo Alto office is preferred.

What You Will Need to Succeed 🌱:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2+ years working with clinical data from EHR platforms (AthenaHealth preferred, Epic, Cerner).
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience with Python for statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong familiarity with clinical coding systems (e.g., ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED).
• Excellent communication skills – ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.

1. Recruiter Screen (30 min)
2. Hiring Manager Interview (45 min)
3. Interview with head of product (45 min)
4. Technical Assessment (1 hour)
5. Final Team Interviews (1-2 hours)

Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and location. In addition to base salary, we offer equity options and comprehensive benefits.
