You will lead the optimization of clinical workflows, ensuring seamless integration between clinical operations, product development, and engineering teams. This role is key to advancing our EHR systems and driving efficient, patient-centered care.

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Informatics team, supervise staff, and oversee task assignments.
- Lead EHR optimization projects, including system updates, encounter plans, text macros, order sets, and automation opportunities.
- Partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams to align workflows, streamline processes, and enhance automation capabilities.
- Identify and implement system efficiencies like patient record sharing, lab and health system integrations (e.g., Labcorp, Quest), and scheduler enhancements.

- Ensure efficient clinical operations by eliminating redundancies, enhancing documentation standards, and improving system usability.
- Develop scalable, efficient workflows through collaboration with IT and clinical teams.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
What You Will Need to Succeed: 🌱
- Advanced degree in a clinical field (RN, NP, or MD) required.
- Certification or 5+ years of experience in Clinical Informatics or Health Information Technology.
- Strong clinical background with expertise in patient care workflows.
- Proven leadership in managing clinical informatics teams and driving process improvements.
- Advanced user of Athena Health EHR with expertise in system configuration and telehealth.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and EHR automation opportunities, including lab integrations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
