As a Patient Experience Advocate, you will directly shape the patient journey, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the highest standard of care and support. Your proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues will help improve patient satisfaction and strengthen relationships between patients, the practice, and the healthcare system. By resolving patient concerns and addressing gaps in the experience, you’ll contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the practice, supporting its growth and long-term sustainability.
What you will need to succeed: 🌱
- Proven Experience in Patient Care: 5+ years of providing high-touch, empathetic patient experience.
- Tech-Savvy & Resourceful: Experience using Zendesk and Athena for communication and problem resolution (2+ years).
- Strong Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex issues clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats.
- Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and communicating across various teams, including billing, medical, scheduling, and product.
- Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across departments to ensure a smooth patient experience from start to finish.
- Attention to Privacy & Compliance: Adhere to privacy and safety regulations, ensuring Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled securely.
- Independent and Team Player: Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to team objectives and departmental goals.
- Empathy & Understanding: Ability to connect with patients, resolve concerns, and ensure they feel heard and valued.
This role requires a 9am PST - 5pm PST work schedule

- Take Home Ticketing Assessment
- Recruiter Interview (30 min Zoom)
- Hiring Manager & Project Manager Interview (30 min Zoom)
