Location: Remote (U.S.-based) | Optional hybrid in the Bay Area

Overview:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager – Commercial will be responsible for end-to-end marketing activities, ensuring the value proposition of Midi Health for women in midlife is well understood by enterprise employers (and their eligible employees), B2B health tech partners, and our newest segment health plans. This role requires a deep understanding of buyer personas and the messaging and products that motivate them to integrate Midi’s services into their benefits and offerings. It also involves creating communication campaigns that help large-scale organizations engage and activate end-users (B2C) to schedule consultations with Midi Health.

This is an exciting opportunity that combines responsibilities across GTM strategy and execution. You will be the marketing leader for this line of business, with the opportunity to grow the team as business milestones are achieved.

  • Own the entire marketing funnel from product marketing to customer/end-user engagement marketing or our Commercial business (with support from creative, editorial, and demand generation teams)

  • Create compelling, audience-specific value propositions and messaging that help us win across employers/employees, B2B2C partners, and health plans. Balancing goals for new logo acquisition with end-user expansion

  • Pilot innovative engagement tactics and campaigns to move us from the “build” to “scale” phase as our book of business grows

  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, and DTC Marketing to shape the future of Midi Health in a variety of professional settings

Business Impact — Not Just Surviving, but Thriving 📈

  • Increase product consideration and adoption of Midi’s services within target B2B segments to boost closed-won rates

  • Partner with Demand Generation and Sales to create a high-touchpoint marketing funnel with tailored messaging for diverse C-suite buyers (employers, health plan managers, and other partners)

  • Champion launch activities with enterprise customers, with a deliberate focus on maximizing the pre-sale phase and the first 90 days post-sale to build buy-in for Midi-led marketing

  • Design and implement multi-channel B2C marketing campaigns (e.g., email, content kits, webinars, events) to drive user acquisition and activation. This includes developing personalized content, nurture campaigns (in collaboration with Lifecycle), and educational programs to support patients through their midlife health journeys

  • Monitor and report on the performance of all Commercial marketing initiatives. Analyze key metrics (e.g., customer engagement, activation rates) and connect them to marketing efforts to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

  • Enable field teams on new strategic initiatives and product launches, as needed

What You’ll Need to Succeed 🌱

  • 8+ years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing or customer marketing

  • Experience working in small companies or on small teams that sell into large enterprise accounts (10,000+ lives or organizations serving diverse populations)

  • Proven success supporting field teams (Sales/Client Success), developing campaigns and communication journeys, and working within CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)

  • Demonstrated ability to grow B2B customer contracts and activate B2C users within the Employer and/or Health Plan space

  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with strong executive presence

  • Analytical mindset—you understand what’s working, why, and how to continuously optimize results

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize based on evolving market trends
