As our Manager or Senior Manager of E-Commerce Pharmacy (Strategy & Operations), youâll take ownership of Midiâs fast-growing product lines, including prescription products and wellness supplements. You'll define and execute strategy, manage key partners, and lead operational execution across fulfillment, customer experience, and retention â helping thousands of women access the care and products they need.
Youâll partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Operations to build an e-commerce engine thatâs seamless, scalable, and impactful.

What youâll do:
đ E-Commerce Strategy & Growth
- Execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and P&L for e-commerce business lines (Midi Custom Rx, Async Rx).
- Identify and lead new growth opportunities in partnership with Clinical and Marketing teams
- Define and execute strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) through initiatives focused on recurring orders, subscription models, and retention.
đŠ Partner & Pharmacy Fulfillment Management
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partner relationships, conducting regular business reviews to monitor performance, address challenges, and drive mutual growth.
- Collaborate with partners on demand forecasting, inventory management, and the operational rollout of new products.
đ Cross-Functional Execution
- Serve as the key business stakeholder for e-commerce, translating strategy into actionable requirements for our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Design and optimize the end-to-end operational workflows across our key systems (Athena EHR, Zendesk, Midi Internal platforms) to ensure a seamless and efficient process for all three product lines.
- Drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring clear communication, milestone tracking, and alignment across all teams.
đ Data, KPIs & Financial Modeling
- Manage the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce business, including revenue, margin, fulfillment costs, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
đ Project Management & Communication
- Complete oversight of all e-commerce projects, from their initial conception to final implementation.
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure there is alignment across the various teams, including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Operations.
- Identify and address any potential risks, carefully tracking project milestones, and providing regular, comprehensive updates to leadership to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
What youâll need to succeed: đ±
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field
- 5â10 years of experience in e-commerce, business ops, or strategy- E-commerce experience is a MUST
- Familiarity with tools like Athena EHR, Surescripts, Shopify, Zendesk
- Proven ability to execute strategic plans and drive measurable growth
- Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable with models, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Clear communicator and collaborative operator, with influence across technical and non-technical teams

The salary range for this position is $125,000-145,000, which is dependent on experience and location.
