As our Manager or Senior Manager of E-Commerce Pharmacy (Strategy & Operations), you’ll take ownership of Midi’s fast-growing product lines, including prescription products and wellness supplements. You'll define and execute strategy, manage key partners, and lead operational execution across fulfillment, customer experience, and retention — helping thousands of women access the care and products they need.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Clinical Operations to build an e-commerce engine that’s seamless, scalable, and impactful.

What you’ll do:

🚀 E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

  • Own the roadmap and P&L for our core e-commerce lines: Midi Custom Rx, Async Rx, and Supplements
  • Identify and lead new growth opportunities in partnership with Clinical and Marketing teams
  • Design strategies to boost LTV via recurring orders, subscription models, and retention programs

📦 Partner & Pharmacy Fulfillment Management

  • Manage key pharmacy and fulfillment partners — running regular business reviews, forecasting demand, and solving operational issues collaboratively
  • Oversee inventory and ensure a seamless rollout for new product offerings

🔁 Cross-Functional Execution

  • Act as the strategic business owner for e-commerce across Product, Engineering, and Marketing
  • Translate vision into system requirements and operational processes across tools like Athena EHR, Zendesk, and Shopify
  • Run cross-functional projects from end to end — keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and goals in sight

📊 Data, KPIs & Financial Modeling

  • Track and report on core metrics: revenue, margin, fulfillment costs, and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, reconciliation, and budgeting

📅 Project Management & Communication

  • Own project timelines, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication across departments
  • Identify risks early and ensure projects stay on schedule through clear, proactive coordination

What you’ll need to succeed: 🌱

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce, business ops, or strategy- E-commerce experience is a MUST
  • Familiarity with tools like Athena EHR, Surescripts, Shopify, Zendesk
  • Proven ability to execute strategic plans and drive measurable growth
  • Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable with models, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Clear communicator and collaborative operator, with influence across technical and non-technical teams

The salary range for this position is $125,000-145,000, which is dependent on experience and location.
