The difference youâll make:
At Midi Health, weâre building the leading virtual care clinic for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health challengesâand weâre growing fast.
Weâre looking for a Director, Employer Sales to drive new business and revenue growth across employers nationally. This is a true hunter role: youâll own a national territory and the end-to-end sales process, from identifying and opening target accounts through executive engagement, contracting, and close.
Youâll bring a strong understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem and a consultative approach to selling, using relationships across employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans to build pipeline and expand Midiâs reach.
What youâll do:
- Own your territory and revenue target. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, engage, and close employers that fit Midiâs ideal customer profile.
- Build a high-quality pipeline. Use creative, persistent outreach and your industry network to open doors with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and executive-level buyers.
- Lead complex sales cycles end to end. Build multi-threaded relationships across target accounts, develop champions, navigate stakeholders, and drive opportunities from first conversation through contracting and close.
- Navigate the benefits ecosystem. Leverage relationships and a strong understanding of how employers, brokers, consultants, and health plans interact to accelerate opportunities and maximize deal value.
- Tell Midiâs story. Position our value proposition in a compelling, consultative way based on each employerâs priorities and the broader competitive landscape.
- Operate with sales discipline. Maintain an accurate forecast, strong pipeline hygiene, and detailed deal management in HubSpot.
- Help shape our employer sales playbook. Bring market and buyer insights back into the organization and partner cross-functionally to continuously improve how Midi wins.
Who you are:
- You bring 10+ years of experience in employer healthcare benefits sales, ideally within digital health, healthcare services, or a related high-growth environment.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing complex employer deals.
- You bring strong relationships across the HR and employee benefits community, including an established network of consultants and brokers.
- Youâre a hunter and a closerâenergized by prospecting, opening doors, building relationships, and personally driving deals across the finish line.
- You know how to navigate complex organizations and build influence from Director-level buyers through the C-suite.
- Youâre highly organized and disciplined about forecasting, CRM hygiene, follow-up, and deal management.
- Youâre a strong communicator and relationship builder who can operate independently while partnering effectively across teams.
- You thrive in a high-growth environment: self-directed, resourceful, resilient, and motivated by ambitious goals.
- Youâre passionate about improving healthcare for women and excited by Midiâs mission.
Why youâll love working at Midi:
- Build a category-defining company transforming care for women in midlife.
- Own meaningful revenue impact in a critical growth channel.
- Help shape the employer sales motion as Midi continues to scale nationally.
- Share in the upside through competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
- Work with a mission-driven, high-ownership team across the US.
Weâre backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Semper Virens, and Emerson Collective, trusted by leading health plans and employers, and growing rapidly to meet nationwide demand.
Our mission is simple: change the way healthcare serves women in midlifeâbecause women deserve better.
The salary for this role is 160,000-225,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for additional compensation, including variable compensation, equity and benefits.
