Senior Product Manager, Growth

San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid)

📍 Hybrid Preferred, Palo Alto or San Francisco (2 days/week in office)
Reports to: VP Product, Patient Experience
Job Type: Full-time W2

About The Role

Midi is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead how new patients discover, learn about, and choose Midi for their healthcare home. Bringing quality care to more women is central to our mission and a primary revenue driver with significant potential. As we expand our offerings and reach more patients, this role will own the product experiences that carry people through registration, onboarding, and first visit. You will set the roadmap, run experiments, and work with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to turn insights into measurable gains in conversion, activation, and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Growth Roadmap: Define and execute a roadmap that drives patient growth across acquisition, onboarding, and activation. Set clear targets for conversion, and prioritize the bets most likely to reach them.
  • Run an Experimentation Program: Design, launch, and read out A/B tests across the funnel, from sign-up through onboarding and first visit, and turn the results into product decisions.
  • Improve Conversion & Retention: Apply UX best practices, patient research, and funnel and cohort analysis to find where patients drop off, then improve the journeys (sign-up, onboarding, reactivation) that drive retention and lifetime value.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the product lead for growth, partnering closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to align on priorities and ship together. You will lead through influence, building shared goals and making tradeoffs clear across your cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • Growth Product Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building consumer-facing products and owning growth metric targets such as conversion, activation, and retention. You have a track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex business areas.
  • Experimentation & Data Fluency: Skilled in hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and funnel and cohort analysis. You work closely with data partners, are comfortable digging into the numbers yourself, and use results to guide product strategy.
  • Funnel & UX Optimization: A strong grasp of UX best practices and of how onboarding, sign-up, and checkout flows directly affect conversion and retention. You can turn friction in a user flow into a clear hypothesis and a testable solution.
  • Marketing Partnership: Experience working side by side with Marketing on acquisition and lifecycle programs, including landing pages, channel experiments, and attribution, and turning channel insights into product improvements.
  • Focus on Patient LTV: A strong understanding of how acquisition channels, onboarding, and lifecycle communication shape customer retention and lifetime value.
  • High-Agency Problem Solver: An action-oriented, ownership mindset with the ability to break complex challenges into simple, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration & Influence: A strong track record of leading cross-functional teams without direct authority across Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data. You build alignment, balance competing priorities, and present clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or Healthtech Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare or digital health environment, with an understanding of how to balance growth goals with patient privacy (HIPAA) and clinical and advertising compliance.
  • Growth Tooling Familiarity: Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation tools (such as Statsig) and lifecycle marketing platforms (such as Iterable or Customer.io).

This is a full-time W2 position. The base salary range is 160K-200K and will depend on experience. Midi pays a competitive base salary, plus equity and benefits.
