Executive Assistant
Supports the Senior Vice President by handling a variety of complex situations involving clerical, analytical, and administrative functions. Uses considerable judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations. Clarifies and adapts guidelines, including unwritten policies, precedents, and practices, that are not always completely applicable to changing situations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Screen calls and handle correspondence with discretion, using sound judgment.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and complex documents, often of a confidential nature.
- Organize materials and logistics for meetings (occasional travel for conferences)
- Collaboration and coordination with other internal teams and departments (including additional collaboration with other Executive Assistants) as representative of assigned department
- Perform other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Power BI proficiency a plus
- Skilled in organizing and tracking contract renewals, reporting deadlines, and meeting documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and change oriented environment desired.
- Able to read and interpret technical documents, regulations, and industry publications.
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Strong written communication skills for drafting reports, correspondence
- Professional presentation and demeanor, model and characterize professional excellence
- Committed to the mission and values of MidPen Services and MidPen Housing.
- Physically capable of performing desk-based tasks and occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs), bending, climbing, and working in varied positions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Property management experience preferred
Pay Range
$77,896 - $104,400 Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
