Senior Assistant Community Manager 
As the Senior Assistant Community Manager, you will report to the Community Manager. You’ll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the property, including key areas of responsibility like fiscal management, compliance, facilities, risk management, and resident relations.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule income verification appointments, process lease agreements, and manage housing waitlists
 - Assist with re-certifications, welfare exemption documents, Management and Occupancy (MOR), and Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) reviews
 - Issue notices, coordinate unit vacancies, and monitor turnover forms
 - Support rent collection, handle security deposits, and manage petty cash and bank deposits
 - Conduct property inspections and report maintenance and security concerns
 - Coordinate maintenance inspections and ensure timely processing of work orders
 - Maintain confidential resident and property files
 - Facilitate emergency preparedness communication and organize resident meetings
 
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and RealPage software for managing housing records and communications
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents and agencies
 - Excellent customer service with the ability to acheive measurable results
 - Highly organized and detail-oriented
 - Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, team-based environment
 - Physically able to perform desk-based tasks, occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs), and property inspections
 - Comfortable with occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching during on-site duties
 - Committed to the mission and values of MidPen Services and MidPen Housing
 
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or GED and one year of residential property management, customer service or administrative experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
 
Pay Range: $22.79 - $25.00 Hourly - Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications
