About the position

We’re seeking Quantitative Research Interns to help identify and solve problems that have not been considered by anyone else before. Key responsibilities include:

  • Helping us scale our strategies to new markets
  • Assisting in quantitative research on cryptocurrency pricing, deriving signals, and strategy optimization.
  • Helping to conduct research projects into niche market forces to improve our trading performance.

We’re more interested in how you think and approach challenges than what you already know. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong interest in financial markets, cryptocurrencies, crypto assets, and decentralized finance.
  • Exceptional quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional mathematical intuition.
  • Ability to understand complex metrics, statistics, machine learning models, and analytics.
  • Comfortable operating in a frenetic, high-stakes environment.
