Early Childhood Education Regional Director

Seeking Regional Director for Early Child Education Company for North Carolina and South Carolina regions!

• Primary Responsibility: Drive multi-site operational excellence across a portfolio of childcare centers by supporting leadership teams, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering process improvement.
• Goal: Ensure the consistent success and efficiency of childcare centers while maintaining a collaborative and adaptable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on, on-site assistance to center teams to ensure high standards of success.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions collaboratively.
• Analyze detailed reports to measure progress and track improvements.
• Set clear goals and ensure alignment with overall KPI's such as enrollment, utilization, labor, compliance, etc.
• Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance center performance.
• Foster a culture of adaptability and collaboration among directors and ECE staff.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in ECE multi-site operations, particularly in high-growth environments.
• Skills: Leadership, collaboration, and influence. Strong analytical and presentation capabilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in uncertain situations.
• Travel: Must be open to 75%+ travel.
• Location: Local to Raleigh or Triangle area of North Carolina - candidate must already be local to be considered.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $80,000-110,000+ annually including performance-based bonuses.
