Product Experience - Associate Product Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the Product Experience team. You’ll shape extensions of the Mill ecosystem, focusing on accessories and supporting experiences that make Mill even more delightful and sustainable. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who wants to grow quickly by taking ownership of projects, learning from experienced teammates, and delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers.
You’ll collaborate closely with design, engineering, operations, and customer experience teams, contributing to the full lifecycle of product development while developing your own product management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategy and roadmap for Mill’s product extensions and accessories.
- Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, and operations to deliver products that are reliable, cost-effective, and intuitive for members.
- Translate customer needs and insights into clear product priorities and requirements.
- Conduct customer and market research to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
- Take increasing ownership of projects end-to-end, balancing autonomy with guidance from senior PMs.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of product management or equivalent experience in design, engineering, or operations with strong product instincts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from customers, data, and the business.
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines and working with general direction from a manager or lead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, humility, and drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hardware, consumer products, or sustainability is a plus, but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting hardware or consumer product development from concept to launch.
- Familiarity with user research, usability testing, or product analytics.
- Exposure to international markets or working with global customers.
- Demonstrated passion for climate, sustainability, or circular economy solutions.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $110k to $140k, which does not include the any benefits or equity. Various factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
