Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for wound care? We're looking for a dedicated mid-level provider to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care. Bring your wound care patients with you and enjoy a supportive environment where we handle the billing and insurance, and all the administrative hassles with no politics or bureaucracy and an amazing work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with wounds
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Perform wound debridement and apply appropriate wound dressings and medications
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients on wound care management and prevention
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Continuous education of the latest techniques and technology
  • Possible travel to Miller Vein locations

 

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Michigan
  • Certification in wound care
  • Previous experience working as a wound care specialist
  • Ability to work cohesively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
