Physician Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Physician Liaison to join our dynamic team! As a Physician Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to promote our services and foster referrals. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and strengthen relationships with physicians, medical groups, and other healthcare providers in the community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas of growth and opportunities to expand service offerings to healthcare providers and their patients.
- Organize and conduct in-person meetings with physicians and other healthcare providers to educate them on our services and facilitate referrals.
- Provide prompt follow-up on referrals and ensure seamless communication between healthcare providers and our team.
- Monitor and analyze physician and referral trends, track referral sources and provide regular reports to the leadership team.
- Attend medical conferences and events to represent our organization and promote our services to the medical community
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development, with a track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus.
